Who Should Participate?

o  Leaders who serve as change agents or in organizational development roles internal to an organization and who want to incorporate an Edgewalker perspective.

o  Consultants with some basic consulting background who wish to expand their skills and knowledge and who want to incorporate an Edgewalker perspective.

What Is the Work?

This program trains you in organizational development and organizational transformation skills and processes that help your employees or your clients to be on the leading edge in their industry or field. You will learn how to take the Edgewalker concepts from the individual level to the whole systems level of analysis. You will learn how to use the Edgewalker Organizational Assessment tools, how to analyze the results, and how to implement positive organizational change.

Prerequisite: Must have completed the Individual Edgewalker Program and the Leadership Edgewalker Program conducted by a trainer from Edgewalker Group International.

This year-long program consists of three three-day sessions, monthly coaching sessions, case studies and written materials, and a one-day onsite consulting session at your organization (if you are an internal change agent), or at your client’s site (if you are an external consultant) with one of our certified consultants.

This program is designed and taught by Judi Neal, Ph.D., with guest lecturers from Edgewalker Group International and selected leaders from corporations and non-profits.
