As Director of the Tyson Center for Faith and Spirituality in the Workplace at the Sam M.Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas, Judi helps provide resources, information and a community based on this field of inquiry. She has spoken at many U.S. universities, has addressed the United Nations and World Business Academy, and has led workshops around the world. Judi holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Yale University.

Recovering manufacturing engineer, aspiring musician, and closet thelogian.

Ralph spent 28 years in manufacturing as he watched organizations get more and more toxic.  A series of synchronicities led to him receiving the gift of being laid off and being able to move to Arkansas with his then fiancee Judi Neal. Like any good Edgewalker family, they live on the edge of town, where he has been answering his deeper call, part of which includes becoming certified as an Edgewalker Coach and Facilitator.
