My passion lies in working with people and helping them acknowledge, embrace, and seize opportunities to make a significant and sustainable difference in their own lives and in the world.

As an Edgewalker Coach, I believe that the relationships we develop with ourselves and others play an integral role in our collective search for truth, wisdom and beauty. The interconnectivity of these relationships contributes to our ability to foster meaningful change in a new world. Each encounter and exchange has the potential for a powerful and energetic impact on the whole, and on the rise of human consciousness.

Over the past fifteen years, I have experienced change first hand as I have moved my family across continents, countries, cultures and languages - from Vermont, USA to Spain, Pakistan, Jordan, Japan and Switzerland.  I have come to recognize that transitions can be a source of great strength and enormous pleasure - when crossing cultures and bridging worlds.

My training and work in coaching and international education have strengthened my personal vision to help others as they encounter changes in their own lives. I believe that generative conversations, somatic practices and combined efforts actualize the greatest transformations in our personal lives as, collectively, we serve the greater good.

As a certified Edgewalker Coach, I am eager to bring a presence that cultivates communication and trust, building conscious and sustainable change.
