Edgewalker Workshop Certification Program

The Edgewalker Workshop Certification Program certifies you to facilitate the “Walking on the Leading Edge” three-day workshop program.  You must have some background in training and group dynamics as this program does not teach training and facilitation skills.  In this program you will learn the overall structure of the three-day program, get detailed instructions and practice on how to facilitate various experiential exercises, and learn and practice the qualities and skills of an Edgewalker Workshop Facilitator.  You will receive a Walking on the Leading Edge Workshop Manual that will serve as a resource guide when you run your own workshops. You will also learn how to provide feedback to a group for the Edgewalker Survey tool.

The program consists of attendance at a three-day Edgewalker Facilitator Training Workshop, and then co-facilitating a three-day “Walking on the Leading Edge” workshop with a certified Edgewalker Master Trainer.

Cost:

     Facilitator Training Workshop:  $895 US

     Co-Training Sessions:  $3500 plus master trainer's travel

Prequalifications:

     Attendance at an Edgewalker Workshop, or

     Completion of an Edgewalker coaching program

     Trained and experienced in workshop facilitation

     Excellent listening and feedback skills

     Personal commitment to a spiritual path or discipline

     Qualifying interview with certified Edgewalker Master Trainer

Edgewalker Coaching Certification Program

The Edgewalker Coaching Certification Program certifies you to coach your clients using the Edgewalker Coaching materials and the Edgewalker Assessment tools.  You must have some background and training in coaching in order to participate in this program.  This program does not qualify you to be a coach, but it does qualify experienced coaches to use Edgewalker concepts, tools, and methodologies.

Cost: $4995 US

Prequalifications:

     Complete the Edgewalker Coaching Program

     Complete the Edgewalker Individual Survey

     Receive survey feedback from a certified Edgewalker Coach

     Trained and/or experienced in coaching

     Excellent listening and feedback skills

     Personal commitment to a spiritual path or discipline

     Qualifying interview with certified Edgewalker Master Trainer

Program Overview:

     Supervised Edgewalker Coaching practicum

     Four scheduled calls with your Edgewalker Master Trainer in

     support of your practicum

     Feedback on each of your six coaching practicum session

     reports

     Assessment of recorded coaching session, written report, and

     feedback session with master trainer

     Feedback on client assessment

     Feedback on coaching program summary report

     Plan for sustaining your Edgewalker skills and qualities
