Who Should Participate?

Track A:  People who have a strong coaching background and who want to add Edgewalker tools to their toolkit.

Track B:  People who would like to learn more about basic coaching skills and who want to do that in the "Edgewalker" context.

What Is the Work?

Track A:  Experienced Coaches

You will learn how to use your Edgewalking skills to help individuals and leaders who want to live and work more from an Edgewalker consciousness. You will learn the Edgewalker Framework, be provided with both basic and advanced tools and processes, and will also co-coach with another trainee in the program as a way to practice using the Edgewalker Framework.

Prerequisite: Must have completed the Individual Edgewalker Coaching Program conducted by a coach from Edgewalker Group International. Must have at a minimum a Bachelor’s Degree or coaching certification or equivalent business or coaching experience.

What You Receive:

A one day coaching workshop that primarily focuses on how to incorporate the Edgewalker model and tools into your current coaching practice.

Six 1-hour coaching sessions to support you in coaching others.

Cost: $3995 US
(Approximately 3000 EUR, or 2000 British Pounds)

Track B:  Developing Coaches

You will learn how to use your Edgewalking skills to help individuals and leaders who want to become more of an Edgewalker. You will learn some basic coaching skills, along with the Edgewalker Framework.  You will be provided with basic tools and processes, and will also co-coach with another trainee in the program as a way to practice using the Edgewalker Framework.

Prerequisite: Must have completed the Individual Edgewalker Coaching Program conducted by a coach from Edgewalker Group International.

One day coaching workshop that primarily focuses on how to incorporate the Edgewalker model and tools into your current coaching practice.

Six 1-hour coaching sessions to support you in coaching others.
