Leadership Coaching Program

Who Should Participate?

Track A: Leaders who are interested in applying the systemic concepts from the book Edgewalkersin their organization.

Track B: Coaches and consultants who want to help their clients apply the systemic concepts from the book Edgewalkers in their organizations.

What Is The Work?

Track A:  Organizational Leaders

You will create an Edgewalker vision for your organization.  Your coach will guide you through the Edgewalker organizational assessment tools so that you can understand the profile of your organization and assess how well you attract, retain, and nurture people who are likely to help you be on the leading edge.  Your coach will work with you develop recommendations for organizational transformation. 

Prerequisite: Must have completed the Individual Edgewalker Coaching Program conducted by a coach from Edgewalker International Group.

Two-day planning workshop with you and selected leaders.

Ten 1 hour coaching sessions over a period of 6 months

Introductory Cost: $7950 US per person

(Approximately 6000 EUR, or 4000 British Pounds)

Track B:  Coaches and Consultants

You will work with your coach to create an Edgewalker vision for your work with your clients.  Your coach will guide you through the Edgewalker organizational assessment tools so that you can use them with a particular client.  You will learn how to help your client understand their unique organizational profile, and will be guided in how to work with your client to develop recommendations for organizational transformation.

Prerequisite: Must have completed the Individual Edgewalker Coaching Program conducted by a certified Edgewalker Coach.

Ten 1 hour coaching sessions over a period of 6 months

Introductory Cost: $5950 US per person
