Coaching Program

Who Should Participate?

o  People who have attended a "Walking on the Leading Edge" Workshop and who want more.

o  Coaches who would like to use concepts from the Edgewalker book with their clients.

o  Leaders who want to explore their own leading edge before introducting these concepts in their organization.

What Is the Work?

You will create your Edgewalker vision, work with your coach in both the visible and invisible worlds and will focus on your individual leadership contributions and the way in which you help others to walk on their leading edges.

After the first session, which is a goal-setting and breakthrough project planning session, each of the next ten sessions will focus on one of the ten Edgewalker attributes. Your coaching program will include a personalized Edgewalker Individual Survey assessment.  The final session will be an integration session and a report on your breakthrough project.  You will develop a plan for sustainability of your Edgewalker abilities.

Twelve coaching sessions over a period of 6 months with assignments, projects, and feedback.

Cost: $3995 US

(Approximately 3000 EUR, or 2000 British Pounds)
