She has spoken at many U.S. universities, has addressed the United Nations and World Business Academy, and has led workshops around the world. Judi holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Yale University.

Recovering manufacturing engineer, aspiring musician, and closet thelogian.

Ralph spent 28 years in manufacturing as he watched organizations get more and more toxic.  A series of synchronicities led to him receiving the gift of being laid off and being able to move to Arkansas with his then fiancee Judi Neal. Like any good Edgewalker family, they live on the edge of town, where he has been answering his deeper call.
